Paradise Cove Bengals is a small cattery in east Tennessee. Our family consists of myself, my husband, and three small children. Our kittens are always raised in our home until sold. Believe me, with three small children, the cats are loved on all day...sometimes too much. We feel like it gives the kittens loving personalities.
The Bengal is a hybrid of Felis Bengalensis and the domestic cat. Founded by Jean Mill in 1975, the Bengal has become a recognized breed by the TICA. Bengals are sometimes called little leopards because they resemble the Asian Leopard Cat from which they descend. Highly social, Bengal cats act more like dogs following you around and seeking your affection. Not only are they loyal and loving but also athletic able to leap incredible distances searching for a high place to take a nap or onto the sink to play in the water. You got it, water, unlike other domestic felines bengals love water, especially if it is running.
